“I am lost in your thoughts; I do not know where I am going.
Drowning in the moment of our union, I do not know where I am heading.”
The piece is aptly named Khayal to reflect the essence of imagining—the intoxicating experience of getting lost in thought, unsure of where it might lead. Within this historical space dedicated to knowledge and community, the artwork invites viewers to reflect on the layers of their own thoughts and the endless possibilities they contain.
Khayal becomes a meeting point between the past and the present, where imagination is the bridge to self-awareness and discovery.
